With the development of commercial multibody dynamics software, researchers tried to analyze the vehicle-bridge coupled vibration by commercial multibody dynamics software and achieve success.Compared with the traditional programming method, the use of commercial multibody dynamics software for vehicle-bridge coupled vibration analysis has the advantages of high modeling efficiency, visualization of modeling process, versatility and so on.Based on the commercial multibody dynamics software SIMPACK,this thesis study Train-Track-Bridge coupled vibration taking the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the engineering background. The main research works of this thesis are listed as following:(1)Based on the SIMPACK software,a simplified vehicle model and a fine vehicle model are established.Considering the spacial distance of the suspension spring damper point and the axlebox arm as well as tranverse, vertical stop, the latter is established. The dynamic characteristics and the riding performance on rigid subgrade of these two models are compared.(2)Based on SIMPACK software,a Track-Bridge multibody system model is established.Considering the nonlinearity of the longitudinal resistance of the fastener, the multibody system model of the Track-Bridge is established by the joint simulation method of SIMPACK and ANSYS.The track-bridge structure is regarded as the multibody system composed of the left-line rail,right-line rail and the bridge structure flexible body.(3)Based on the models above, the Train-Track-Bridge multibodys system model are eastablished, the dynamics response of train and bridge are caculateed. The influence of vehicle model refinement on Train-Track-Bridge coupled vibration analysis is explored. The calculation method and research results of this paper can provide reference for the design and calculation of high-speed railway bridge in China...
