Design of reasonable insulation thickness can not only reduce heat loss during heating operation and affect the comfort of the indoor environment,but also save fuels and reduce emissions to depress the effection of healthy and environment.For the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection,the initial cost of insulation,operating costs and environmental costs to study the opitimization of directly buried heating pipelines' optimum insulation thickness are considered.The specific content includes the following aspects:(1)The principle and application scope of various insulation thickness calculation methods are summarized and economic thickness method is selected.During optimization,initial cost of insulation,operating costs and environmental costs are considered in this paper.(2)In order to study the public health and microscopic effect of environment,effects of pollutants on environment,including increase of public prevalence and mortality,reduction of farming,acid rain and mist's corrosion on building materials,reduced visibility's effects on transport caused by air pollution are analysed in this paper.The calculation method of atmospheric pollutants,water pollution and solid waste caused economic losses is given.(3)The optimization calculation mathematical method of directly buried heating pipelines' considered environmental costs is built in this paper.Taking the DN200 and DN400 directly buried heat supply pipelines in Daqing as examples,the investment,operation cost and sewage charge of the directly buried heating pipeline are calculated respectively.On the basis of standard recommended insulation thickness,the thickness of pipe insulation layer under the consideration of environmental costs is calculated,and the optimum thickness of insulation layer is given.(4)The optimum insulation thickness after increasing pollution charge are calculated in this paper.The influences of pollution charge on insulation thickness is analysed and the conclusion that the increase of environmental protection cost leads to the increase of the thickness of the best insulating layer is obtained.
