The Research Of Train Wheel Diameter

The wheel of train is an important part for the train's moving.The quality of train wheel is directly related to train safety.In the actual application,in addition to the daily wear,will and rail impact,rain,oil erosion and other reasons,resulting in the wheel tread and flange wear increased,affecting the normal operation of locomotive and rolling stock,reduce the utilization of locomotive and rolling stock.Therefore,it is necessary to obtain the real-time parameters of the wheel accurately and accurately.In this paper,a new method of calibrating the position parameters a and ? of laser displacement sensor is proposed by using the double laser displacement sensor measurement system.Through the establishment of the model,the calibration data is processed by MATLAB,and the value of a and ? is obtained accurately.The main factors affecting the uncertainty of diameter measurement are analyzed,and a large number of experiments are carried out in the laboratory,and the actual diameter error of the wheel is within 0.5mm.The whole measurement system uses the technology of sensor technology,image processing technology,signal testing and other technologies,and corrects the diameter of the wheel contour,and finally realizes the measurement of the wheel diameter.
