Customers begin to aspire user experience of a product,because mobile internet develops ripeness,and mobile production overflows.The principles of Production design,which depend on the experience of customers using,are respected by designers.In one mobile product,feedback function shows user experiences effectively and efficiently.And also,vision form are main feedback form,and this form has been overloaded.According to data analysis,on the one hand,increasing listening form and touching help to provide better user experience,and also to reduce vision burthen for customers.On the other hand,with analyzing several factors of three level of emotion and depending on customers' reorganization behaviors,the user experience can be improved through promoting feedback function closing to user's psychology model.In this paper,through a focus on customers using and recognizing habit,it is going to introduce elements of vision feedback,audio feedback,and touch feedback;to present principles of design,and features of several aspect elements;to discuss how feedback forms use in product design to achieve better design result.First,it is going to analyze a series of product and feedback forms;combine the three level of emotional design-instinct level design,behavior level design,and reflection level design.Then,after analysis and summary,this paper shows several design principles of mobile feedback design.They have guidelines evaluation by making emotional design models.There are three aspects in this paper.The first aspect introduces the topic situation at internal and external country,significance of this research,innovation of this topic,and etc.;and it summarizes and explains the theories about feedback design,emotional design,interaction design,and recognition elements.At the second aspect,through literature research and cases analysis,this paper summarize the forms of feedback designs and feedback elements.It also points out features of feedback forms and elements,which depend on emotional design and recognition habits,through combining the three levels of emotional design and the analysis of recognition factors.At the third aspect,this paper points out the principle of emotional design of the mobile product.It makes emotional feedback design models for feedback design.Then,it explains the design models using in real cases,and also introduce the practice of feedback design of the mobile product.
