In order to solve the complex environmental problems of Huainan coal mining subsidence area,it is proposed that the coal mining subsidence area will be developed into a plain reservoir with water storage project as its main function and water ecological environment control function.This not only meets the environmental protection work of the coal mining subsidence area,but also ensures the rational development and utilization of water resources.However,there are few studies on the water cycle and hydrological mechanism of coal mining subsidence area.The scientific evaluation of water demand and regional water supply in coal mining subsidence area requires reliable theoretical basis and the corresponding technical system support.Huainan mining area is taken as an example,this paper based on the water cycle simulation of reservoir regulation technology to clarify the water resources quantity,the surface-groundwater conversion relationship of coal mining subsidence area and do the research about available water supply of mining subsidence area,for our country in east China similar research in the utilization of water resources of mining subsidence area high groundwater level to provide a reference for scientific research.The main research results are as follows:(1)The amount and composition of water resources in coal mining subsidence area are evaluated.Recent status of stage(2003?2010 years on average),the total amount of water resources in coal mining subsidence area is about 9.05 billion m3/yr,river flow,surface precipitation,groundwater recharge,non-catchment area accounted for 84%,9%,4%and 84%respectively.In the year 2030,the average year of the normal water period for the depression water is about 10.64?11.11 billion m3 and the water flow is mainly composed of about 82%?85%;the ratio of precipitation is about 5%-10%;and then the Runoff yield of non-catchment area,the ratio is about 5%-7%;the last is groundwater recharge,the proportion of 3%.The most unfavorable dry years in 1978,subsidence depression water resources of about 6.57?6.88 billion m3,for the average water resources of 62%,the composition of the proportion of water resources change little.(2)According to the analysis of the comprehensive planning of water resources in the study area,the total supply and consumption of water in the study area was 19.54 billion m3 in 2010,2030 years,50%years of the study area total water demand is 23.97 billion million m3,about 4.43 billion m3 more than 2010 base year.The main trend is that in 2030,the living water demand in the study area will increase from 1.06 billion m3 in the current year to 1.94 billion m3 in 2030;The general industrial demand for water will increase from 3.36 billion m3 to 12.28 billion m3 by 2030,annual growth rate of 6.7 percent;fire(nuclear)electricity will decline,from 6.13 billion m3 in 2010 to 2.25 billion m3 in 2030;Agricultural water along with the progress of agricultural modernization and development of the agricultural water-saving,the subsidence area expanded,in the next year of general water demand of agricultural production will have certain amplitude decreases.(3)To evaluate the water supply in the mining subsidence area.According to the model simulation and calculation,the water resources in the subsidence area of the mining subsidence area can reach 7.27-7.47 billion m3;which includes the urban water withdrawal capacity of 2.46 billion m3,the local water resources of 4.81 to 5.01 billion m3,the prospects for the use of water resources for the next 2030 study area of rapid growth in the general industrial water to provide valuable water.However,the annual rainfall in the study area was greatly changed,and the water supply was only 3.97 billion m3?5.24 billion m3,which contained a local water resource of 1.51 billion m3-2.78 billion m3.With normal flow year and typical year even the most adverse withered time data,four districts of water supply can meet the next 2030 years were 30%,40%,50%,60%,70%of the general industrial water demand and under different rainfall year of frequency changes under the agricultural water demand of multiple combination scheme for the water supply amount adjustment numerical study.The results show that the water supply in the normal flow yearis about 6.11 billion m3,guarantee the water supply scale of the 95%low flow year is 5.38 billion m3,ensure the continuous supply of two 95%of the low flow year the effective water supply scale of 4.30 billion m3.
