With the fast development of high-speed railway(HSR),the coverage of HSR network and the allocation level of transport supply are improved largely,which is a staunch support to enhance the service level of passenger transportation.However,larger network means more passenger ODs.So,there is an urgency to study how to deal with the balance between service of different ODs and utilization efficiency of HSR resources.This paper,based on existing research results,mainly studies the categories of passenger ODs and the design method of service level in HSR.Firstly,a concept of passenger ODs’ service level is discussed and defined in the paper.It is a comprehensive evaluation of passenger transport products that railway enterprises provide to different types of ODs,including service level of direct passengers,grade of train speed and service level of transfers.And secondly,characteristics and demands of service level designing are analyzed and quantifiable indicators and its method are put forward.Because of an amount of passenger ODs,it is unscientific to analyze one by one.Therefore,a method to classify passenger ODs is researched in the paper,considering the aspects of node grade,passenger traffic structure,line condition and location linkage.According to the results of hierarchical cluster analysis,the basic characteristics of different OD categories are generalized and summarized.According to the results of classification,the current service level of different OD types are discussed and summarized and recommendations for improvement are proposed.Then a method of service level designing of passenger ODs are put forward base on support vector machine.In the end,taking Baoji-Lanzhou HSR for example,we design the service level of ODs relevant to Baoji-Lanzhou HSR,which provide basis to decide the mode of operation organization and make line planning.Figure:47,table:36,references:60. |
