With the development of national economy and the design of the building gradually tends to the high space and the large span structure,resulting in a lot of high formwork support system will be in the process of construction,due to the lack of accurate understanding of its performance,the failure of the high formwork supporting system in the construction process has caused heavy casualties and property losses.The existing monitoring instrument is mainly about optical instrument,Only the outside of the support system can be monitored,the internal situation can't be.So only the outer safety situation of the high formwork support system can be known and the inside safety situation can't be.This caused that the construction personnel can't be evacuated to the safe areas in time when danger occurs.In view of this,based on the depth analysis of the mechanical performance and continuous collapse of the high formwork support system,using high formwork support monitoring system to alarm risk.The main content of this paper is divided into the following sections:(1)Do the joint stiffness test,two kinds of test were designed and the static mechanical properties were tested,the expression of the stiffness of the joint is fitted based on the data,then the mechanical properties of the whole node can be analyzed through these tests.(2)Studying on the mechanical properties of the frame body,including bearing capacity of a pressure bar and the whole bearing capacity of the frame,the vertical bars at different locations and different instability modes were analyzed,based on the finite element simulation results of the whole frame,the formula of bearing capacity of the vertical bars can be reached,and the safety state of the frame can be evaluated based on it;also,the component importance factor was analyzed to determine the main affecting factors of it,and the collapse mechanism was established to clear the importance component in the process of construction.(3)The research results of the mechanical properties of the frame and the progressive collapse analysis were applied to the practical engineering to test the feasibility of this monitoring method.
