Research On Design And Application Of Container Building

The deterioration of the ecological and living environment,which caused by the development of society and the process urbanization,prompts people to pay more attention on low-carbon building,then it forces architects to think about new architectural forms which is energy saving and environmentally friendly.China becomes a large producer of containers,and the container are widely recognized with the advantages of sustainability,easy to dismantle,environmental protection.Nowadays,The container construction of China has rapid development,also there ars great progresses in the theoretical research and practice cases.However,many deficiencies lie in the study of container architecture.According to innovative design philosophy and principles,this paper will study the designation and application of container buildings.Firstly,this paper elaborates the related concepts of container building,reviews and the analyzes theoretical research and development status of container building both at home and abroad,then the research topic of this paper is put forward.Secondly,it summarizes container building ’s design features,including the advantages and disadvantages.the difference between container building and traditional building;comparing the differences between container building and traditional buildings from material and form;from the the way of the single box and multi-box design combination,study the formation of the container building space combination and architectural pattern;study the main functions of container building considering the green low carbon function,economic function and aesthetic function,laid the foundation for the study of the concept and principles of container building design.Thirdly,I have put forward my design ideas such as ecological design,regeneration design,and design principles like the principle of human nature,aesthetic,economic,innovative,coordination,even container building and the traditional culture of the principle of integration.From an overall perspective,the paper research the container building’s design and application.Finally,combined with the actual case,the paper verify the container buildingdesign concept and design principle.And through the functional layout,the application of container materials design the project.The designation takes full account of the concept of ecological design and regenerative design,the principle of human nature,aesthetic,economic,innovation and coordination.The purpose of this paper is to find the way to combine the rational and creative materials of the container with the architectural space,to solve the re-use of the container to a certain extent,and to give full play of the advantages of the container,to meet the sustainable concept of low-carbon environmental protection.The paper will provide some new design ideas and references on the design of container building space.
