China xinjiang kashgar region distribution of the large area of saline soil, due to the effect of saline soil of bad engineering properties, kashgar region highway construction by saline land mass disease over a long period of time. Project near old S215 line, KaQun road and highway G315 road there is a wide range of surface subsidence, pavement, roadbed subsidence arch highway diseases. S215 line three Sally highway in xinjiang are presented in this paper, for example, to project the distribution of saline soil, chemical and physical characteristics, and is suitable for the actual construction of the test methods, different kinds of saline soil soluble in characteristic and soil pressure, moisture content, salt content are studied, such as for S215 line three Sally highway in xinjiang and even the kashgar region for construction of other highway provides referential Suggestions.Based on existing roads surrounding disease situation investigation, to understand the saline soil in this area, the main damage forms and causes of the harm;Through the construction yard layout pit in the project along the subgrade before sampling, the understanding of the saline soil on the distribution of the project and the distribution law; Through the construction yard of subgrade in the process of synchronous sampling test, understand the usage of saline soil in actual construction,through the compression test of saline soil, understand the saline soil soluble features;By testing, observation, statistics and indicators related to the construction after the completion of further tested the engineering construction quality and to verify the work direction and adaptability test method.Research results show that:(1) This area is subject to the main form of saline soil harm salt expansion and uneven settlement of subgrade and pavement formation wave, beat, seriously affect the pavement roughness resulting in poor driving comfort. The damage reason of salt expansion;(2) The project belongs to the distribution of saline soil areas dominated by sulfate salty soil and sulfurous saline soil,and mixed with a small amount of chlorine saline soil,saline basic with soil depth increase weakened and roughly with the soil gradation thicker decreased;(3) Near the project area of the saline soil soluble in coefficient and pressure,moisture content and soil salt content with a certain rule, namely saline soil soluble in coefficient decreases with the increase of moisture content, roughly increases with the increase of salinity, chlorine saline soil salt and sulphate saline soil in saline soil pressure not dissolve trap coefficient at the same time, the relationship between the moisture content, salt content in detail is different;(4) Part of saline soil road base settlement observation, found no phenomenon of uneven settlement, and after three winter summer freeze-thaw alternation, after the completion of the construction process and construction are not present at the grass-roots level or road arch camber, wave, beat phenomenon, subgrade construction of this project is in a good quality control, the project area saline soil test results of the application in the practical engineering construction has obtained the good effect.
