The application of mixed flow turbine in Hydropower Station occupies a large proportion.The runner is an important component for energy conversion functions.Flow field and two-way Fluid-Structure Interaction of a low and medium head Francis turbine is calculated by using the ANSYS-Workbench platform.After comparing the two kinds of results,analysis of runner flow dynamic pressure response,and the influence of deformation field generated by the convection runner.This paper summarizes the research status on the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic turbine at home and abroad,and do the following work to describe the research that I have done:(1)Using 3D modeling software,the calculation model of the mixed flow turbine components is established,and to mesh the computational domain.(2)By using the finite volume method for the turbine of three-dimensional unsteady turbulent flow field numerical calculation,And draw the comprehensive characteristic curve of the calculation model.The steady state flow field distribution of the fluid solid coupling effect is obtained,which provides the basis and the comparison basis for the fluid solid coupling calculation.(3)Steady state dynamic analysis was carried out to analyze the dynamic stress distribution and deformation distribution of the runner blades,and the distribution law of the flow field in the runner is analyzed.(4)Make dry and wet modal analysis of runner structure and modal analysis of prestress on the runner structure,Analysis of the three methods of vibration characteristics,and the results of the three modal analysis,and the influence of the water and prestress on the vibration frequency and vibration mode of the runner is analyzed.The results of the above analysis can be seen that if hydraulic performance of turbine is studied simply,the blade can be regarded as a rigid body,the numerical analysis of flow field can meet the engineering requirements.If you want to calculate the mechanical characteristics of the runner,you need to use two-way fluid structure coupling algorithm.When the runner vibrates in water,low order modal frequency is less affected by water action,while higher order modal is more affected by water action.
