Container building is a kind of green prefabricated construction of high speed and short time limit which has the small impact on the environment and has been widely development abroad,just started in the domestic.But at the moment,specially designed for such construction related technical specifications are not completed,and the research status of domestic scholars mostly concentrated on the analysis of the overall performance of the container houses,and the factors of the parameters of corrugated board and open hole relatively few studies on the properties of corrugated plate.So this paper made a series of researches,as follows:1.Using finite element software ABAQUS to establish a model of the whole corrugated plate without open holes,which as the research object.The paper Simulated the relationship between corrugated plate aspect ratio,high thickness ratio,adjacent plate Angle,the plate width and the lateral stiffness.Study shows that,the lateral stiffness of corrugated plate increases with the increase of aspect ratio and the increase of the ratio of high thickness,along with the increase of corrugated inclination are first increases then decreases,and decreases with the increase of the width of the board.2.The corrugated plate with the hole under concentrated load as the research object and that was simulated,analyzes the influence law between depth-width ratio of the hole on the corrugated plate,the shape of the hole,hole rate and the lateral stiffness.Research has shown that the lateral stiffness of corrugated plate are first increases then decreases with the increase of the depth-width ratio,when the ratio of depth-width at the same time,with the increase of hole rate of corrugated plate initial stiffness decreased gradually.There will be a greater stiffness when the hole is circular.Around the hole of the corrugated plate using square steel welded reinforcement,the reinforcement measures can improve the lateral stiffness of the corrugated plate significantly.3.The finite element software ABAQUS is adopted to establish the model,the open hole corrugated plate as the research object,simulate and analyze that under the action of low cyclic loading,the height-width ratio of the hole on the Corrugated plate,The hole shape and opening hole rate corresponding hysteresis curve,to study the performance characteristics,such as initial stiffness,skeleton curve,hysteretic performance and so on.Conclusion the influence of opening hole factors to the hysteretic properties of the corrugated plate.Studies have shown that,when the height width ratio of the corrugated plate is gradually increasing,the value of stiffness increases and then becomes smaller.But the change of the height widthratio of the entrance to the Corrugated plate has little influence on the energy dissipation capacity of the corrugated plate.When the corrugated plate opening rate gradually increases,the initial stiffness of corrugated plate decreases,the energy dissipation capacity decreased gradually.When the initial corrugated plate opening round shape when the stiffness values than the initial square hole stiffness value is larger,energy dissipation capacity.But the change of the height width ratio of the entrance to the Corrugated plate has little influence on the energy dissipation capacity of the corrugated plate.
