With the development of the automotive industry, a large number of FCC gasolines are consumed. When FCC gasoline with thiophene sulfides is burned, it will produce a lot of SOx, and the SO2 via rainwater into the ground, trees, soil and buildings, it caused acidification and corrosion even a serious damage to the ecological environment. Bronsted-Lewis acidic ionic liquids (B-L ILs), which blend of B-acid and L-acid features, are a new "green" ionic liquid. It has better desulfurization performance and recycling performance in the coupling of oxidation and extraction desulfurization of oil. In order to analyze the regularity and conditions of the ILs to sulfur content in oil removal, this thesis synthesized traditional alkyl imidazole and quaternary ammonium salt of ILs at first, Because of the anhydrous aluminium trichloride in experiments showed poor stability,then synthesized two kinds of functionalized ILs of B-acid [Et3NH]HSO4 和[BMIM]HSO4. Finally complex metal ions in the ILs with B-acid, making it also has the characteristics of Lewis acid. Through the analysis of the alkyl imidazole carbon chain length, anion type, and kinds of metal compounds influence on the desulfurization rate, determine the best desulfurization effect of ionic liquid is [BMIM]HSO4/FeCl3. Then have a desulfurization process optimization test for it.(1) [Et3NH]Cl/AlCl3、[Me3NH]Cl/AlCl3 are synthesized with Microwave. The ideal feeding method is divided quaternary ammonium salt into three times. Added anhydrous aluminum chloride one-time. The most suitable reaction microwave power is 160W and the best reaction time is t=10s+10s+10s×4=120s.(2) By the oxidative extraction coupled desulfurization experiments, we found that the desulfurization rate of metal ILs is better than non-metal ILs. But the desulfurization rate of the metal ILs to the oil will decrease with the increase of the length of the carbon chain, which is contrary to the law of non-metal ILs desulfurization.(3) HSO4-、BF4-、Cl- and Br- were selected as the ILs anion to carry out the desulfurization experiment. These anions can also produce complex with metal. The stronger the complex ability of anions and metal salts, the stronger acidity of ILs, the more easily the Lewis acid and alkali complex can realize the extraction of desulfurization. So the ILs extraction rate of HSO4- with strong acidity is the best.(4) ILs of different metal ions, the acid is different, and the rate of desulfurization is also different. We use the ILs with different kinds of metal such as Co2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Mo2+ Fe3+, then found that Fe3+has a strong ability to accept the electronic and its desulfurization effect is the best.(5) Single factor experimental analysis the optimal conditions for the removal of thiophene from simulated oils by reaction time, temperature and solvent oil ratio. That is t=40min, T=40℃, v ((ILs)/v (oil) is 1:1, desulfurization rate is up to 100%.(6) Results show the ILs [BMIM] HSO4/FeCl3 has the best desulfurization effect as the extraction agent. Repeated use it of 7 times, although the desulfurization rate has declined, but still maintained about 90%.
