The tire tighten machine is one kind of important assembly equipment in automobile industry. The fractured part of tire tighten machine was aluminum alloy trolley which led to a fracture failure accident in two month. This paper analyzed the root cause of fracture failure accident for aluminum alloy trolley. The result of the research showed that brittleness fracture of aluminum alloy trolley was due to poorly structured machine and unqualified material of aluminum alloy trolley. At the end ISO12100 analysis techniques were used to formulate the systematic reform project of tires tighten machine. This solution also had been proved to be effective in assembly production practice as there were no fracture failure or other safety related accident more than one year.
