| Reasonable traffic signal control methods can effectively decrease the traffic jam,schedule the traffic and balance the road traffic.This thesis mainly focuses on the problem of traffic signal control methods under the intelligent transportation system.The composition of cooperative vehicle and infrastructure system is analyzed.The system of cooperative vehicle and infrastructure is established and the work process of the system is described.Then the algorithm of the vehicles queue detection is proposed.Considering the control of traffic flow by traffic signal on an intersection,the intersection can be assigned a four-phase system.Then the system is modeled based on the queue length varied with the signal cycle.Dependent on the queue length and the last traffic signal cycle,a state feedback control law is formulated.It is used to adjust the number of vehicles and the algorithm is simulated and verified the effectiveness.The simulation results are compared with the Webster method and analyze the superiority of the proposed control method.Then,we study the control problem of regional transportation system and a regional transportation system dynamic model is established.We utilize guaranteed cost control and robust predictive control method.Correspondingly,a guaranteed cost controller and a robust predictive controller are designed to adjust the traffic balance and prevent from traffic spilling.The two control methods are put into simulation and the simulation results are compared and analyzed. |
