Study On The Promotion Of Leisure Agriculture Park Landscape In Hefei Based On Tourist Satisfaction

Now,with the accelerating of economic development and urbanization,population density in the city is increasing,ecological environment on urban is facing serious challenges,and gradually have sutstanding environmental question.People living in cities face the fast pace of life and tremendous work pressure.There is a growing yearning for the quiet and comfort of pastoral life in nature,and the desire to feel the fresh air,green foods and slow life.Natural environment and farm life of leisure agriculture park line with the requirements of most urban people to relax and enjoy life.So,“Leisure Agriculture Tour” developes in China and has been an important part of the “TRACEL +”.In 2003,the city of Hefei held a "da Wei,grape Festival",after that,the leisure agricultural tourism of Hefei has been booming,such as the borning Fengle Ecological Agriculture Park,Eco-scenic area in Sanshigang,Niujiao Dawei Ecological Agriculture Park,attracting large numbers of tourists to visit.Landscape,as the hosts of leisure agriculture tourism,is the most direct and most objective sense for tourist,directly affecting the visitor’s tour.Under the background of regional tourism in Chaohu Lake,Hefei will construct the “ten characteristics of leisure agriculture construction”.Therefore summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing landscape of leisure agriculture development is needed,to provide some reference for the construction of next leisure agriculture landscape.From a tourist perspective,studying the landscape satisfaction of leisure agriculture in Hefei is a very meaningful task.Based on the questionnaire research on the tourists satisfaction on leisure agriculture park landscape,the paper uses statistical methods to research the leisure agriculture landscape quality perception.On the foundation of summarizing the present situation of leisure agricultural park,leisure agricultural park landscapes and tourist satisfaction of leisure agricultural landscape,the paper cards the relevant theory of leisure agriculture Park and the tourist satisfaction.Main research contents:(1)Construct landscape tourist satisfaction theoretical model and design the corresponding scale.On the base of the literature reviewing,reference theAmerican Customer Satisfaction Index model(ACSI)and Tourism Attraction Customer Satisfaction Index model(TACSI),combining the factors of effecting tourist on leisure agricultural park landscape satisfaction degrees,the paper builds the leisure agricultural park landscape tourist satisfaction theory model which is the relationship of tourism motivation,landscape expects,landscape quality,tourist satisfaction,and behavioral intention after touring.After that,the paper makes corresponding assume and designs the scale,including the items collecting,identifiing and discussing amendment.On this basis,the paper tests an investigation,according to the results to put the second revision of scale items.After that,revision and testing again,eventually the paper forms a formal measurement scale.(2)Selecting typical cases of leisure agriculture park in Hefei makes empirical analysis.After the summary of overview on the development of leisure agriculture park of Hefei,the paper selectes Fengle Ecological Agriculture Park and Niujiao Dawei Ecological Agriculture Park to carry out field surveys.Using descriptive statistical methods to study the basic properties of tourists and tourist properties;Using correlation analysis to verify assumptions of leisure agriculture landscape tourist satisfaction theory model;Using factor analysis to analyse potential factors of influencing tourist satisfaction.At last,the paper presents the tourists’ of leisure agriculture landscape perception as the cultural perception factor and aesthetic perception factor,and beauty perception factor.Based on the above study,the paper presents some improvement strategies of leisure agriculture landscape in Hefei,such as building the landscape suitable for different groups’ needs,creating the features to important nodes,desiging of traffic sexual landscape,combining agriculture and artificial landscape to design landscape,optimizing landscape details,paying attention to the ecological conservation,improving the participation and interest of the landscape.
