Loading trajectory is an important process parameter in the stretch forming process for aircraft skin,and it directly affects the forming quality of skin parts.The loading trajectory parameters of traditional stretch forming process are based on experience,developed by trial and error.With the growth of finite element simulation technology and its widely used in sheet metal forming,it has become an indispensable part that using the finite element simulation software to simulate the stretch forming process before actual production,and it has also become a trend that using finite element simulation software to simulate and optimize the loading trajectory.However,there is no method can achieve the loading trajectory's rapid adjustment and optimization in terms of loading trajectory optimization,and at the same time realize the finite element simulation's quick setting and viewing results.According to the above problems,a loading trajectory optimization design system in stretch forming for aircraft skin is established in this paper,by using CATIA software and ANSYS software as the platform.Combining two software's respective advantages,by separately secondary development,this system achieves the modeling of stretch forming equipment and the generation and optimization of loading trajectory in CATIA software,and realizes the rapid setting of finite element simulation process for skin stretch forming in ANSYS software.In this paper,the stretch forming equipment's rapid modeling and loading trajectory's generation and optimization method in CATIA is studied,and the ANSYS software secondary development technology is studied to achieve the aircraft skin stretch forming simulation parameters' rapid setting.Verified by example,the loading trajectory optimization design system in stretch forming for aircraft skin can meet the demand for loading trajectory rapid generation and optimization,and can achieve the rapid finite element simulation of the stretch forming process.It greatly improves the efficiency of aircraft skin stretch forming development,and shortens the development cycle,and improves the forming quality of skin parts.
