Compared with the conventional anti-slide pile,portal anti-slide pile has been more and more widely applied in slope reinforcement engineering,prevention and cure of landslide geological disasters because it's not only big integral rigidity but also could resist huge landslide thrust.However,as a new type of retaining structure,some of existing problems including development history is relatively short,the mechanism of its work on the pile-soil interaction and the laws of such issues are not well resolved,science and rationality of the design theory and calculation method are still questionable,so portal anti-slide pile' awareness is still in the immature stage.And it's theoretical research has lagged behind the engineering practice.Thus,the mechanical mechanism of portal anti-slide pile will be studied by laboratory model test,numerical simulation.Mainly from the following aspects of studies:(1)In order to reveal the working mechanism of portal anti-slide pile and provide dates to comparison and verification for three-dimensional finite element method established by this paper,the laboratory model test of portal anti-slide pile with different row distance and constraint condition of pile bottom was performed.Then,the test results including horizontal displacement,bend moment and earth pressure around portal anti-slide pile are measured in the test.The working performance of the portal anti-slide pile is comprehensively understood by analyzing the distribution laws of the internal forces and deformations.(2)ABAQUS nonlinear finite element software is employed to make three dimensional finite element numerical simulation on the portal anti-slide of laboratory model test,further analysis working mechanism for the portal anti-slide pile.It is shown by contrasting the finite element method results with test results that three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation is reliable in this paper.In the meantime,some useful design proposals of portal anti-slide pile in engineering are also suggested.(3)Taking into account the two-dimensional plane analysis method cannot true reflect the soil arching effect between anti-slide piles,based on the laboratory model test,the three-dimensional finite element model for different pile spacing and pile row distance were established by finite element method using ABAQUS program in this paper.It researches soil arching effect influence with changing landslide thrust,pile spacing and pile row distance.Revealing the pile-soil interaction laws and obtaining the value range of reasonable pile spacing and row distance of portal anti-slide pile structure.(4)In order to reveal the superiority of the portal anti-slide pile structure,the double-row anti-slide piles without crossbeam is compared with portal anti-slide structure.Some useful conclusions have been obtained through the comparison.For the optimization design of portal anti-slide pile,it researches influence internal force and deformation of pile with changing stiffness of the crossbeam,pile stiffness,deformation modulus of soil between rows and rock-socketed length.The corresponding suggested values are given and the results can provide scientific basis to the reasonable design of portal anti-slide pile.
