| Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has the outstanding characteristics of simple structure,high efficiency and good environmental adaptability.In high-performance drive system PMSM which has gradually replaced DC motors has been widely used.With the competition and development of industrial control market,higher requirements for reliability and cost of AC motor speed control system has been put forward.Sensorless control technology of PMSM not only significantly reduces the system cost,but also enhances system reliability by eliminating the equipment of rotor position detection.Nowadays it has been a hot research direction in the field of motor control.In this context,the research of sensorless control technology of PMSM is carried out.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed and the stator voltage equation and the stator flux equation is deduced,which provide a theoretical basis for the sensorless algorithm.The PMSM vector control algorithm and the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)is analyzed in details and implementation process is discussed.(2)PMSM sensorless control strategies are discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of VF and IF are studied.MRAS algorithm is derived in details.The feasibility of MRAS method is verified by MATLAB/Simulink.The steady-state performance and dynamic performance are analyzed comparing standard model with simplified model.The principle of two high-frequency injection methods is studied and the simulation by HF method is built by MATLAB/Simulink.(3)Based on the analysis of theories,the power level circuits are finished.The control power circuits based on flyback are designed and some methods are used for EMI suppression.And the control level hardware and control software are finished.(4)Finally,the experimental platform of sensorless control system is built.The hardware and software are tested,which verify the validity and reliability of the system. |
