Wind-hydrogen technology has become an important solution of the environment and energy crisis with technical support of microgrid.A large number of researches on energy systems including wind power,hydrogen and fuel cell are in progress for the promising prospects of the hybrid energy systems.So far,there is necessary need of domestic researches on this field theoretically and technically.The intermittency and uncertainty of wind,and the massive wind power curtailment caused by the limited transmission line capability create the demand of a hybrid energy system which is based on wind power and equipped with the high effectiveness of energy conversion and storage.In recent years,the growing of hydrogen energy and its corresponding technologies of production,storage and application have created the favorable conditions for the realization of wind-hydrogen complementary coupled energy system.The 863 project entitled "Development and demonstration of a flexible microgrid system comprised of wind power,hydrogen storage,and fuel cell" is presented to introduce the physical structure,coordination control and project demonstration of the wind-hydrogen-water-electricity hybrid energy system,which provides the reference for the efficient utilization of wind energy.Besides,a monitoring platform of the microgrid has been set up in order to verify the function of the system.
