As an effective supplement of the great power grid and an effective form used by the distributed energy,microgrid has attracted wide attention from scholars of various countries.With the development of the research on microgrid,the determination of economic and environment benefit and the formulation of controlling strategy for the economic operation of environment protection in microgrid has become more and more urgent.Firstly,The mathematical model of multi objective micro network environmental economic dispatch based on power generation cost and environmental protection cost is proposed.The mathematical model of the micro power supply in the microgrid include probabilistic model of wind power and photovoltaic power generation,battery charge and discharge model,and analyze energy-consuming characteristics model of micro-turbine and fuel cell.Then,Multi objective differential evolution algorithm based on multi group strategy is proposed.Improved differential evolution algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization model problem,mutation process based on two strategies mutation,the variation process based on two strategies is proposed,and the introduction of the external archive is used to store the optimal solution set,congestion control method for external archive collection scale circulation,selection process based on hybrid selection strategy.Finally,Using a variety of group-based multi-objective differential strategy to solve multi-objective evolutionary algorithm environmental economic dispatch model,and its traditional algorithm comparison,indicates that this improved algorithm can better optimize microgrid operation.Simulation results show that multi-objective model is better than single-objective model in reflecting the actual operation characteristics of micro-grid more precisely and reaching a higher reliability and environmental effects at as low operation cost as possible.It shows that the method used in this paper is effective by comparing the analysis.
