Remanufacturing is very valuable to be researched for its energy saving,material saving and environmental protection benefits.However,the industrialization of remanufacturing is limited due to the uncertainty of the quantity and quality of remanufacturing.To solve the problem,the concept of predecisional proposed.Because of the coupling effect between different structures,local optimization design often leads to the reduction of overall performance of parts,to solve this problem,the concept of structure influence factor matrix,structural function derivative coefficient and structural function coupling system were presented.A research method which is component structure coupling theory for predecisional remanufacturing in the design of part level was established to achieve the overall performance optimization of parts.Based on the analysis of current remanufacturing production,the concept and the research contents of predecisional remanufacturing were introduced.Based on reviewing predecisional remanufacturing design methods,the research emphases of the text was put forward,which aim at the design for predecisional remanufacturing in parts level,study the coupling law between parts of the structure,optimize the design of the parts' structure,to enhance the overall remanufacturability of parts.Firstly,in order to solve the problems in the design of the parts,the complex coupling relationship exists between structures was recognized,and the method of judging the coupling relationship between structures was given.Secondly,the structure influence factor matrix was presented to quantify the impact of structural parameters changes to structural strength.And the mapping function model of characteristic structural strength and characteristic parameters was established;The concept of structural function coupling system was presented.In this system,the part is regarded as a system,the mechanical properties and mechanical relations between structures were analyzed in advance to build the structure function coupling diagram,and the influence factors and mapping function model are introduced into the block diagram,and then structural function coupling system model was established to show the complex coupling law between structures;The concept of structural function derivative coefficient was put forward,derivative coefficient matrix model and its derivative coefficient matrix model were established,which reflect the effect of parameters changes on structural strength change and change trend,and provide basis for parameter optimization design of key parts.On this basis,the design method which is component structure coupling theory for predecisional remanufacturing in the design of part level was established from the aspect of structural strength,to improve the remanufacturing performance of the whole life cycle of parts.And the engine crankshaft is taken as an example to validate the method.
