Application Research Of Kitting Material Distribution Pattern In Mechanical Assembly Workshop

Lots of scholars put heart into subject study concerned with material distribution problem in mechanical assembly workshop.Material distribution pattern is divided into two kinds,the mark is whether line-side stock is material requirements center.Traditional material delivery pattern has line-side stock,but kitting material delivery pattern needs material box containing components(kitting-box),following the product to flow together on the assembly line.In this paper,the application of kitting material delivery pattern in mechanical assembly workshop is deeply discussed,in order to realize better implementation of kitting material delivery pattern in mechanical assembly workshop.Firstly,this paper briefly summarizes the research situation of the application of kitting material delivery pattern,and expounds the significance of this topic research.Based on the analysis summary of material delivery pattern,this paper carries on detailed analysis and compares the advantages and disadvantages between kitting material delivery pattern and other patterns.Secondly,this paper studies several key problems in the process of the implementation of kitting material delivery pattern,including kitting material delivery BOM,kitting-box material option principles,kitting-box materials accuracy guarantee,and the division of assembly line area,the purpose is to make kitting material delivery pattern get a better implementation.Then,building mathematical model for kitting material delivery time problem,by analyzing the relation scatterplot of kitting-box online quantity and online time,concluding kitting material delivery time solving function,and using the simulation method for validation.Finally,based on the research contents of this paper,developing kitting material delivery management system based on FTPC platform(BFTPC_KMDMS).Analyzing and designing the system function in detail,and describing the architecture of the system.Finally the system implementation is carried on,in order to better cooperate with kitting material distribution pattern application in mechanical assembly workshop.
