In recent years,with the shortage of energy and the development of environment protection,Pure Electric Vehicle has become an important develop direction as representing New Energy Vehicle.Meanwhile,Intelligent Pure Electric Vehicle has become another important develop direction too,integrating assistant driving system including front signal acquisition,information fusion processing,driving intense judgement,emergency control etc.Based on longitudinal dynamics analysis of Intelligent Pure Electric Vehicle,this article studied brake energy regeneration strategy and part of Adaptive Cruise Control(ACC)function,designing a longitudinal dynamics control strategy to increase energy utilization efficiency and achieve part of assistant driving system function.First,this article introduced development situation of Intelligent Pure Electric Vehicle and brake energy regeneration home and abroad;as well as the structure.According to the actual demand of research group,brake system in the target vehicle has been changed,the original ABS model was replaced by ESC model,which contains open interface for data reading/writing and debugging,then tested the whole brake system.Next,Pure Electric Vehicle model has been established.Four major factors affecting regeneration system was analyzed.In precondition of satisfying requirement,including brake recommend,brake safety,energy regeneration achieved,front/rear brake force distribution calculating and brake control strategy related was finished.Then,vehicle model was established using Cruise,simulated with Matlab/Simulink.Evaluation parameters was chosen,analyzed three classic braking conditions and two circular brak ing situations.The results show that braking stability and energy regeneration efficiency could match the target preset under the strategy.Further,vehicle test about NEDC circular braking condition was finished on AVL drug test bench under present experiment condition.The result shows that energy regeneration efficiency could achieve design targets.Finally,vehicle model was established using CarSim,simulated with Matlab/Simulink,analyzed two conditions of ACC,the follow condition and go-stop condition,the results show that the simulation could achieve those two conditions,and match the design targets.
