Prompting the mutual support and joint development of emerging industrial park and the city has great and deep significance to accelerating the carrying out of new urbanization of our city,continuously exploring economic potentials of districts and counties,propelling sustainable and healthy development of the whole city,speeding up industrial transformation and upgrading,and stimulating overall progress of the society.At present,the downward pressure of the economy in our city is increased,structural adjustment difficulty is further revealed and the restraining factor of economic and social development is still prominent.The acceleration of the development in emerging industry park is favorable for understanding the new normal of economic development,adapting to the new normal,improving economic development quality benefit and level,and speeding up the construction of a beautiful city;favorable for prompting regional economic overall planning and coordinated development;favorable for expediting the development of advanced manufacturing industry and prompting industrial transformation and upgrading;favorable for exploring new urbanization new path and new mode,and improving urbanization development quality and connotation.The rapid development of emerging industrial park also forces the quick growth of power load density at the same time.Traditional 10 kV has become unable to meet the power development demand and there is great restriction for the use of 35 kV voltage grade in medium voltage distribution network,thus 20 kV becomes a relatively rational selection now.This paper takes some emerging industrial park as the example and makes research and analysis of 20 kV voltage grade adopted in medium voltage distribution network.This paper uses district load density method to make load forecasting of some emerging industrial park,and then conduct feasibility analysis of 20 kV voltage adopted in the emerging industrial park in accordance with load forecasting result from the aspect such as power supply scheme planning,electrical analysis and security verification.Based on voltage grade sequence rational allocation principle and voltage grade,it uses the analysis result of different power supply schemes from the aspect such as reliability,voltage quality and economic analysis to analyze the technical characteristics under different voltage grades respectively,including 10 kV,20kV and 35 kV,and demonstrates actual application condition of 20 kV voltage grade in emerging industrial park.
