In recent years,China's high-speed railway development is very rapid,many of the high-speed railway lines through inland winds and coastal winds.Strong wind disaster and the resulting secondary disasters on China's high-speed rail transport production caused serious damage,after the disaster,ranging from high-speed train to slow down the operation,while the destruction of railway driving equipment,resulting in interruption of lines or stations,resulting in a large area of the train late.Therefore,under the condition of strong wind disaster,it is of great practical significance and theoretical research value to carry on the effective circuitous operation to the high speed train.In this paper,"high wind interference under the high-speed train running path adjustment research" as the research object,from the impact of the wind disaster on the high-speed railway,the formation of the detour path under the wind disaster and the distribution of the detour path under the wind disaster,combined with the theory and method of railway traffic organization and operational research,analyzed the distribution of the high-speed trains and the distribution of the roundabout path gathers under the high wind disaster.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)This paper analyzed the influence of the wind disaster on the high speed railway in China,and analyzed the operation of the high winds,the analysis of the running characteristics of the high speed railway,the impact of the wind disaster on the high speed railway and the measures after the disaster.(2)This paper analyzed the adjustment of the running route of the high-speed train under the high wind disaster,first of all,summarized the way of the train operation organization under the general disaster and under serious disasters;Secondly,the situation of line interruption and station interruption under the condition of wind disaster is analyzed in detail;Finally,the factors influencing the formation of high-speed trains and the distribution factors and principles of detour path are expounded.(3)This paper studied the algorithm of detour path set of high-speed train under wind disaster,and in accordance with the principle of distribution,to the train in the detour path on the general cost of the minimum cost as the objective function,established the distribution model of high-speed trains,the solution methods and steps of the model is analyzed.Finally,we designed an example and solved it with MATLAB,and the results have been analyzed.
