With the continuous expansion of the scale of wind power grid,there are a number of wind farms in the in the neighboring region,due to the geographical proximity of wind farm,there is a strong correlation between air velocity,thus also has significant spatial correlation of wind farms output.If ignoring this correlation,it will lead to the difficulties of active scheduling in the process of system scheduling and the limit of the power flow.Therefore,it is very important to construct a model which can accurately describe the correlation of wind farm output.In this paper,through the analysis of random characteristics and related characteristics of wind power,established the scenario probability model of wind farm considering correlation,and apply it to the research on the scheduling of power system,further improve the system economical operation.First of all,based on the Pair Copula theory,several wind power correlation models in different dimensions are constructed,and select a number of Australian wind farm output samples for analysis,the results show that the Pair Copula model can describe the high dimensional correlation well,but with the increasing dimensions the model accuracy declines.Therefore,this paper adopts intelligent optimization algorithm(particle algorithm and differential evolution algorithm)to optimize the parameters of Pair Copula model,the optimization results show that the optimization model is established in this paper compared with the traditional model,to a certain extent,improve the accuracy of the model,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.Then,combining the optimization model of multi wind farm correlation and the K-means clustering analysis based on the optimal number of clusters,a scenario probability model considering the correlation of multi wind farm is established.In order to verify the effect of multi wind farms correlation on the economic dispatch of power system and the effectiveness of the scene probability model,this paper combines the scene probability model and economic dispatch model,established a scene scheduling model of minimum cost of system operation,and selects the 10 units system and its expansion system(20 units system)for simulation.The results show that the scene scheduling model constructed in this paper can save the cost for the actual operation of the power system,which verified the validity of the scene scheduling model.
