The hazmat have explosive,flammable,poisonous and other dangerous characteristics.In the process of road transportation,the accident is likely to cause serious consequences such as personal injury,property damage or environmental pollution.In recent years,the road hazmat transportation accidents is frequently,thus it is significant to guarantee the economic benefits and transportation safety.It is proved that the path optimization could effectively reduce the road hazmat transportation risk under the premise of ensuring the economic benefits.Based on the research at home and abroad,the research of this paper is as follows:Based on the traditional risk assessment model,it is considered that the influence of the time-varying and the integrative characteristics of accidents(the classification of hazmat,the type of accident,the level of accident)on the road hazmat transportation risk.The accident rate and accident consequence correction factor are introduced,the risk measurement of road hazmat transportation under time-varying conditions is constructed,and the validity of the model is verified by using three risk axiom.Based on the risk measurement model,this article taking the population risk,environmental risk,and the cost as the objective function,establishes a road hazmat transportation route optimization model with and without the curfews as time-varying.The model is solved by dynamic programming and labeling method,and a numerical example is designed.The results show that the road hazmat transportation is time-varying.The optimal path varies according to the time of departure.The transportation risk depends on the classification of hazmat,the type of accident,the level of accident.Based on decision maker preference,obtaining the optimal path corresponding to different departure time and the optimal departure time and corresponding path in a day.Curfews influence the selection of the optimal path by changing the node departure time and introducing waiting risk and cost.The path optimization of road hazmat transportation can effectively reduce the risk and cost of transportation,and provides the basis for decision makers.In the end,the paper summarizes the work,and points out the next research direction.
