In this thesis,the structure of turnout under the complex climate of Sichuan-Tibet line was studied.In this thesis,the using of turnout in Qinghai-Tibet line was full investigation.For Line of turnout,welded turnout structure,the extension of point rail service life,optimizing the relationship between wheel and rail,embedded high manganese steel frog,weatherability of elastic cushion,Homogenization turnout area track stiffness,Research of turnout corrosion,Plate and switch sleeper fastening mechanism coupled optimization,Bolt locking structure and so on has carried on the research design,in order to achieve the purpose of the turnout service life extension.The low-temperature impact resistance of high manganese steel,elastic cushion weatherability,turnout corrosion tests were also studied.In connection with limited area of Turnout space,a new narrow fastener has been developed.In the design process of elastic bar,checking the strength and bombs away of elastic bar,the structure of elastic bar were optimized repeatedly to improve the theoretical level of design.In the trial process of the spring bar,the structure has been optimized and improved several times under the test results,various materials were tested contrast,in order to achieve optimal results.Through research and testing this article,the theoretical thesis of Alpine,complex climate area turnout can be improved and do adequate technical reserves for future Tibet line turnout of design and production.
