In recent years,with the increasing penetration of DGs,the distribution network power fluctuations further increase.While the high permeability of photo-voltaic power generation may also cause the problem of power releasing,which is not conducive to the stable operation of the distribution network.Therefore,how to optimize the active load on the user side,improve the demand response capability and restrain the power fluctuation of the distribution network is the key to realize the active load control.The research object of this paper contains photo-voltaic,energy storage and smart appliances of user side distribution network.An optimized operation strategy based on the control of active loads is designed and it is taking optimizing strategy under the characteristics of all kinds of electrical equipment.Finally it achieved the purpose of inhibiting power fluctuation.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of active distribution network,and presents the user side load management system,which lays the foundation of load control in the physical layer.Then,the paper establishes the user side micro-grid model.According to the national energy consumption standard,an energy consumption model of electric water heater is established.According to the 2 stage characteristics of lithium battery charging,a electric vehicle power model is formulated.Secondly,time series forecasting method is adopted.We use the ARIMA model to get the user load forecasting data,and use the meteorological data to predict the PV output,and simulate the load curve before the load control.Based on the prediction data,the evaluation index of load fluctuation is set up.Next,according to the model characteristics of each component of the distribution network,the optimization strategy for different types of loads is put forward.Among them,this paper analyzes the relationship between the cooling power and the change of temperature aimed at air conditioning load,and proposes a output power control strategy can guarantee the user's satisfaction in the load transfer;it proposes the method of minimizing the load fluctuation rate aimed at the electric water heater;according to the characteristics of charging power and the evaluation index parameters,it designs a control strategy aimed at the electric cars for load transfer considering energy storage equipment as active load control reserve adjustment to participate in load distribution optimization.Finally,two load control cases under different weather conditions(different PV generation)are designed,and they are programmed in the MATLAB platform.This paper set the evaluation value before and after optimization to make comparison.The results show that the proposed scheme can adapt to different conditions of photo-voltaic power generation,effectively improve the load distribution network optimization evaluation index value,and adjust the load peak and valley,as well as reduce the users' electricity costs.
