| Holding the superheated liquid pressure vessel in service due to reasons such ascorrosion defects such as cracks,holes,can produce overpressure leak,because boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion(BLEVE)phenomenon,highly destructive.Pressure vessel leakage,internal material due to the loss of pressure,overheating,steam explosion,causing internal overpressure.Larger overpressure can make the crack extension,because local widespread failures,and even the whole,in turn,cause more accidents.Superheated liquid overpressure discharge test device design,for further research on this phenomenon provides favorable experimental conditions,for solve the problem of overheating engineering fluid overpressure relief provides the laboratory model,to solve practical engineering problems has positive practical value.Superheated liquid overpressure relief is widely exist in the process of pressure vessel in service security hidden danger,this design is to steam medium for simulation,through the design and manufacture of experimental apparatus of superheated liquid simulated experiment,the overpressure relief for boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion problem in engineering to provide research basis.This paper mainly completed the superheated liquid experiment device of overpressure discharge container design,equipment selection and control design,by conducting experiments at the same time,recorded the phenomenon of boiling liquid steam explosion occurred and related data,the data curve is obtained by data processing and the universal law,explores the BLEVE phenomenon occurring conditions and subsequent phenomenon,such as safety valve,rupture disk in the form of the principle of safety relief devices have intuitive understanding. |
