With the rapid development of the world economy,the supply of fossil energy has been gradually exposed,at the same time,the national production and living standards continued to grow rapidly and the demand for electricity has also increased significantly.The wind has a lot of advantages,such as wide distribution,abundant storage renewable and no pollution.Wind power generation technology is relatively mature and the cost is low,so the wind power has become one of the large-scale commercial renewable energy.On the one hand,although the wind power has many advantages,it has obvious disadvantages,for example volatility,random and intermittent;on the other hand wind power is caused some challenges to the safe and stable of the power quality.Therefore,how to stabilize the fluctuation of wind power and how to reduce the detrimental effect of wind power on power system became the focus in the wind power field.The physical characteristics of the energy storage device make it have the advantages of large instantaneous switching power,fast response and accurate adjustment.In recent years,the decline of energy storage technology cost is a big advantage.The main content of this paper is how to establish an accurate and reliable control strategy and optimizing the energy storage capacity.Although domestic and foreign scholars have made a lot of contribution to the control strategy of energy storage,improving the system capacity and optimizing wind power fluctuation,the volatility of wind power prediction and mathematical model of the system is not perfect,which result in the effect of energy storage system is not perfect in the wind filed.A single storage system can not take into account the balance of energy and power,on the basis of that,this paper put forward using composite energy storage to deal with the fluctuation of wind power system.Therefore,through a lot of analysis of wind power fluctuation characteristics this paper establish power optimization model and control strategy to smooth power output,the main work of this paper as follows:This paper reviews the background and significance of the research,and analysis the necessity of introducing energy storage into wind power to smoothing output.Summary of the research on the development status of wind power technology and energy storage technology,and analyze the research of the domestic and foreign scholars in applying of energy storage technology in wind power.Analyze the characteristics of the lithium battery,Zn-Ni battery and vanadium redox battery and lead-acid batteries,sodium sulfur batteries,in order to provide reference on storage battery configuration in the wind farm.Hybrid energy storage system is decided to use according to the actual demand and the physical characteristics of different energy storage systems.In order to improve the wind power utilization rate and reduce the energy storage system configuration capacity,the desired power variance minimum as objective function to establish the optimization target power calculation model and decide the optimal control target.According to the characteristics of different energy storage,the expect power is decomposed into high frequency and low frequency,and the system can stabilize the target distribution for hybrid storage.The charge and discharge strategy of energy storage system is determined,and the energy storage capacity optimization function is constructed with the minimum total cost of energy storage system as the objective.The Strategy and capacity optimization model have better stabilize effect and economic indicators through the test using actual wind farm dataThrough improving allocation of different energy storage to stabilize target,lead-acid battery and super capacitor coordinate more effectively.Look-ahead control strategy based on HESS has been proposed based on short term wind power prediction,and finally,the proposed method is verified by the actual wind farm data,and the results show that the control method has high reliability and superiority.
