| UHV transmission can greatly improve the power transmission capacity and transmission distance,improve the economy of power transmission and save the lines.It is very suitable for long distance transmission in our country.At present,in the field of UHV transmission,China is in the leading position in the world.Construction of UHV grid from UHV transformer and it is raw material and mass purchasing requisition set of parts.Relying on the development of the UHV ac and dc power transmission engineering and construction,the note in UHV transformer high voltage transformer manufacturing enterprises machine independent design and manufacturing has made great progress,UHV transformer factory capacity has been able to meet the demand of engineering application,but also on the part of the insulation material relies heavily on imported.The insulation materials produced by domestic companies are widely applied in AC 750 kV and other below level transformers,but less applied in UHV projects.Lack operation experience is the problem of domestic companies.And UHV projects that have passed the type test,are used imported insulation materials.The import of high voltage insulation materials makes the UHV transformer manufacturing high cost,long production cycle,with rapid advance of subsequent UHV engineering,domestic application in UHV transformer insulation materials demand is bigger.This project mainly carried on the performance research of Ultra High Voltage(UHV)AC transformer insulation board and component.The electrical and mechanical properties of domestic and imported insulation board and component were mainly analyzed.The improvement measures of the manufacturing technology of insulation board and component were put forward.The electric field distribution in the design of the main insulation of UHV transformer is simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the aging test of domestic and imported insulation board was checked,and the influence of the domestic and imported insulation materials for the long-term stability of UHV transformer was compared and analyzed.Through the research and analysis,the performance of the domestic insulation board and component has meet the requirements of the use of UHV AC transformer,provided theoretical basis for the realization of the localization of UHV transformer insulation material.With the development of the high voltage DC technology,the construction of the high voltage DC line will continue to increase.And the transformer will inevitably occupy a larger market.With the higher voltage and larger capacity,the requirement of insulation is improved. |
