For the past few years,the problem of over relying on traditional pattern of power generation which is at the expense of using primary energy has been severe from day to day.Distributed generation and micro-grid comes into being.However,the technology of grid connected photovoltaic systems have developed fairly perfectly,and their cost reduces unceasing.It became the most valuable and available generation patterns by features of widely,independently,reliability.Also,it will be the major source of the future electric power.In response to supporting new energy strategy,many domestic enterprises,considering of their long-term interest,access the Photo-voltaic to their distribution systems.The paper analyzed and summarised the problem of power quality,also,in this paper,the disadvantages of the power quality problems when Photo-voltaic Systems access to distribution system have been introduced.And in order to solving those,the solution which is to installing active filter on enterprise distribution system with photo-voltaic had been put forward,The new type active filter used ip-iq method to detect the harmonic and the reactive power,it taken advantage of the characteristics that energy storage unit of photovoltaic system is similar to active power filter in the main circuit structure and the complementary functions,and combined the two.Through the simulation analysis and actual application,found that the devices was beneficial to improve power quality,also had a significant effect in improving photovoltaic power generation efficiencyThis article focus the main problems on improving the power factor and harmonic pollution governance,and analyzes the influence of the harmonic and low power factor in power grid.Also,the paper discussed the impacts on each node voltag,distribution network side power factor,system harmonic,relay protection and the distribution network loss when photovoltaic system access to distribution network.Next,based on the introduction of the model and the principle of active filter,the paper proposed a management program which is combining the new type active filter with the energy storage unit.Firstly,by comparing characteristics of the p-q method and ip-iq method,the paper chooze the latter to detect the harmonic and reactive current,and established mathematical model of the combination device that included energy storage unit and new type active power filter.Next,the paper simulated the enterprise power distribution system by using matlab,and compared the current and harmonic analysis before and after the installation of new active filter,the results show that the device can adjust the active and reactive power in distribution side,also,it performance well in improving power factor and purposing the harmonics pollution.Finally,the combination device was applied to a new energy electric vehicles limited company's power distribution system in order to resolving the power quality problems.The results show that the new type of active filter can save costs and improve efficiency.Of course,the results verified the rationality and effectiveness of the combination device.
