Energy is the foundation of human survival.With the industrial development and economic leap,the demand for energy is growing.As we all know that the existing non-renewable energy reserves can not support the permanent development of mankind,the pollution on the earth and the health harm on people can not be eliminated as well.The development of renewable clean energy has become the first solution to the energy problem.Solar energy has attracted people's attention,so that dye-sensitized solar cells,which has high power conversion efficiency and wide range of materials,are much favored by scientists in recent years.Platinum,rare and expensive,is most commonly used as the counter electrode material nowdays,which plays an important role in dye-sensitized solar cells.To reduce costs and increase power conversion efficiency,looking for Pt-free electrode materials has been one of effective methods.In this paper,a new type of the counter electrode material,inorganic perovskite strontium ruthenate SrRuO3 nanomaterial,a new possibility of Pt-free counter electrode,was studied.The main research includes two parts.First,the hydrothermal synthesis process of perovskite SrRuO3 nanomaterials was explored.Second,the dopping composite electrode materials based on SrRuO3 are designed and prepared,at the same time,the corresponding photovoltaic performance of the cell was evaluated.1.The hydrothermal method was adopted to prepare perovskite ruthenium ruthenate SrRuO3 nano-materials.The effects of different concentration of Sr ions and Ru ions and the pH value of precursor solution on the formation of SrRuO3 were studied.SrRuO3 nanoparticles and nanofibers with perovskite structure were successfully prepared and the nanosized grains were separated from each other by different cleaning routes.;2.In this dye-sensitized solar cells,SrRuO3 nanoparticles mesoporous film was prepared to be counter electrode,which increases the suface area.The performance of the cell was tested by the electrochemical workstation.The results show that the photoelectric conversion Efficiency reach to 7.16%,which was equal to that of Pt electrode.3.The photoelectric properties of other dopped composite electrode materials based on SrRuO3 nanoparticles was discussed.The composite electrode was prepared by using La/Ca/Ba part situ replaced,as well as Ni ribbons and graphene quantum dots doped.The maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency of the assembled battery is up to 8.05%,superior to Pt electrode.It used graphene quantum dots doped SrRuO3 composite electrode,which accelerate the electron transport rate of the material.
