With the rapid development of electronic information equipment and the diversification of test requirements,the digital oscilloscope has been extended to simultaneously measure and analyze the measured system in the frequency domain,data field and statistical domain.But as the result of the gradually increasing frequency of signal that can be very complex,the importance of high ability of signal dealing and waveform analysis reveals for a well-functioned digital oscilloscope.Matlab which has the function of matrix calculation,graph processing ect can cost less time than others when dealing with the numerical computation.This dissertation studies a convenient method to analyze signal processing in virtual oscilloscope on the PC platform.Adopting user interface wrote by VC platform and Matlab Interface Call,we can use multiple advanced ways to analyze waveform,such as Time Domain Analysis,Frequency Domain Analysis.The main research includes three parts which show as follow:(1)The first part studies that how to analysis waveform in Frequency Domain.In order to achieve powerful FFT analysis in oscilloscope,this thesis uses the core Mathematical Function Library of Matlab and Digital Down Conversion technology.Because those improvements show above,waveform can be analyzed effectively in the spectrum aspect,phase spectrum aspect,power spectrum aspect and so on.(2)The second part studies the method used to process waveform signal.This research based on Matlab Interactive Call can achieve Digital Filter and other processing functions.The design of Digital IIR filter and Digital FIR filter are adopt to filter waveform noise and to smooth waveform.Since there are different types of filters,that there are different ways to realize those filters discussed in this dissertation.Moreover,this thesis also discusses the method that shows how to analyze signal by using the Signal Envelope Diagram and Signal Trend Map.(3)The last part realized the Signal Processing software design based on Matlab Interface Call in the PXI oscilloscope platform,and verified it.In user interface designed by VC ++ 6.0,we can program through the way combined with Matlab operation instructions and C++ language.In this way,visual results can be got by analyzing the corresponding function.This dissertation realized signal processing based on Matlab Interactive Call by virtual oscilloscope.At the same time,we have completed all the functions that the waveform analysis system needed by using powerful mathematical tools in Matlab.After all those research above,this thesis provides an easy way to expand the oscilloscope signal processing function.
