Pneumatic system is widely used in industrial site due to its multiple advantages,such as simple and lightweight system structure and high security etc.Moreover,the wireless sensor network technology is getting popular and popular in pneumatic industrial field with the rapid development of wireless communication technology.However,the problem of long lasting power supply of wireless sensor network node is still an obstacle for pneumatic system to achieve completely "wireless",the wireless power transfer(WPT)technology can effectively solve this problem to make "the wireless" come true.However,the efficiency of the pneumatic WPT system is affected by many factors,therefore,it is very necessary to study the transmission characteristics of the pneumatic WPT system.This paper built a wireless power transfer experimental platform of pneumatic system on the premise that the platform can supply the electronic components of the pneumatic system stably,and this paper aims to study the energy transmission characteristics of pneumatic system wireless power supply.The relationship between transmission efficiency and the load,the transmission distance,the number of receivers,coupling system-offset mode were studied.The main research contents and major innovations shows as follows:(1)According to the theory of magnetically coupled resonant WPT and basic circuit principle,the theoretical model of WPT system was established.The paper theoretical analyzed the relationship between efficiency and load,transmission distance,number of receiving terminals and offset mode.(2)Two kinds of resonant coils were designed in HFSS,the rectifier module and simulation parameters of the couple system were imported into the ADS to analysis the energy transmission characteristics of the wireless power transfer system.The energy transmission characteristics of the wireless power supply were obtained.(3)Various modules of the WPT system were designed and the wireless power supply platform of the pneumatic system was built.The experimental program and steps were determined by establishing the energy loss model of the WPT system.(4)The energy transmission characteristics of wireless power supply system under different influence factors studied experimentally.Moreover,the relationship between transmission efficiency,optimal load and the transmission distance,the number of receiver were obtained.Summarized the experimental conclusions,and compared with the theoretical and simulation conclusions.In this paper,the Advanced Design System was used to simulate the pneumatic wireless power supply system.A simulation method was proposed to analyze the transmission characteristics of the wireless power supply system,which provides a reference for the experimental research.The transmission characteristics of the pneumatic wireless power transfer system under different influence factors were given and the experimental conclusions agree with theoretical and simulation conclusions.A type of series step-up and step-down voltage regulator was designed to realize the constant voltage power supply for constant load or electric proportional valve at different transmission distances,which provides a reference for the application of WPT in pneumatic system.
