With the development of electronics,modern control theory and microelectronic technology,many kinds of electric drive system are researched and developed by more and more domestic and foreign scholars.Owing to its inherent advantages,induction motor plays an important role in the area of electric field.This article is based on asynchronous motor vector control system,and the induction motor vector control method according to the rotor flux oriented theoretical experiment is studied.In this paper,the research background and significance of the induction motor speed regulation system are briefly introduced.This paper analyzes the mathematical model of induction motor in the coordinate system of the three-phase and two-phase coordinate system,the different coordinate transformation matrix is classified and summarized,then the influence of using different coordinate transformation matrix is analyzed.The rotor flux oriented closed-loop torque system and torque-free system are introduced in this paper,then built the simulation platform in MATLAB/Simulink,and analysed the simulation results.In aspect of rotor magnetic field measurement,closed-loop flux observation is used to give full play to the advantages of the current model and voltage model,and achieve an accurate flux observation of the whole motor speed.The induction motor vector control system is studied by experiment.In hardware design,the TMS320F2812 as the core chip of system to construct induction motor vector control system hardware platform.The hardware circuit includes AC-DC-AC circuit,driving circuit,control circuit and signal detection circuit.In the aspect of software,using C language to development and debugging vector control system of DSP program in the CCStudio v3.3 environment.The DSP program consists of SVPWM algorithm,soft-start algorithm,and speed detection algorithm.Experiment and theoretical results show the effectiveness of the control system and the correctness of theoretical analysis.
