Matrix converter(MC)with "green converter" is widely used in wind power generation,photovoltaic power generation,locomotive traction and high voltage direct current transmission for its excellent performance.Combined with the advantages of three level inverter and the matrix converter three level matrix converter(TLMC)is proposed,The invention can improve the transmission efficiency of voltage,realize the output of multilevel voltage waveform,and break through the limitation of voltage transmission ratio 0.866.The three level of indirect matrix converter(TLIMC)with its unique small switch stress,high voltage transmission,good waveform quality has been valued in high power range,is a member of the power electronic devices has the potential.Therefore,the study of TLIMC is of great significance in the field of power conversion.The traditional three level algorithm has large computation and poor real-time performance,which is not conducive to programming.In order to solve the above problems,a method of space vector modulation optimization based on inverter stage is studied.The simplified method solves the proposed problem by redefining the vector sectors,rotating the reference voltage vector,and unifying the sectors to calculate and optimize the duty cycle.In addition,the common mode voltage greater for the output side of the TLIMC,the life of the mechanical effect of load and other electrical equipment problems,the overall work performance of the proposed method with an improved virtual space vector modulation to improve the system.The proposed method can suppress the common mode voltage by eliminating the positive small vector and reduce the switching frequency by using the phase duty cycle.In the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,the inverter level optimization,space vector modulation method and the improved virtual space vector modulation method are used to control the switching and switching of the three level indirect matrix converter respectively,simulation results show that the first method is feasible and effective,also verified second improved modulation strategy can reduce common mode voltage the role of 1/2.The results can also be extended to the multilevel matrix converter.
