Due to random and intermittent output of solar power.When large scale photovoltaic power plants are incorporated into the power grid,photovoltaic power fluctuation influents electric power system,When PV output is greater than ability of the system to accept solar power,The part of which could not be absorbed by grid is abandoned.So it is necessary to take measure on smooth PV power fluctuation.Energy storage system has an ability which is translating time and space of energy,it is considered of an important way to improve photovoltaic grid-connected rate.While selecting different target of energy storage system operation strategy,effect,rate of power and capacity assignment are different.In order to improve Photovoltaic grid-connected rate and avoid excessive regulation of energy storage system,it is an important issue to design a proper operation strategy and evaluate economic of energy storage system.It is as the breakthrough point which analyzing actual output of a Photovoltaic power station group,through analyzing maximum output and duration of PV plants,the convergence effect of photovoltaic power station group is revealed.At the same time,convergence effect is described quantitatively by pace distribution differences of solar power.As the installation scale increases,the convergence effect is more pronounced.The offset effect that occurs with ESS is demonstrated when smoothing wind power fluctuations in a distributed pattern.To avoid the excessive regulation of energy storage system,ESS should be aggregated running at gathering station.A last,considering load fluctuation characteristics,an operational strategy is proposed based on admission feasible region of Photovoltaic power,which satisfies the power system control requirements for electric power.The study compares the effect of conventional operational strategie,The results show that,the strategie of admission feasible area reduces the burden of regulation of ESS,improves the effect of Photovoltaic Grid-connected.And considering the cost and the operation benefit of ESS,the economic analysis of ESS is presented.There is a maximum static revenue points based on feasible area of solar power,the strategy has a practical significance.
