Microspacecraft could be used alone or in fleets to accomplish a number of deep space and near earth missions.It has been widespread concerns cause the simple structure and the advantages of small size.This craft could realize significant cost savings and reduction of risk,compared to larger craft.Micropropulsion is an enabling technology for microspacecraft.So the performance of the spacecraft is being deceived by the performance of the thruster.Micro-thruster can be divided into air-jet micro-thruster,chemical micro-thruster,electric excitation micro-thruster system,and at this stage of the micro-thruster system is its main research direction,including ferroelectric micro-plasma thruster(FMPT)Is an electric excitation micro-thruster system.FMPT pays more attention to the importance of piezoelectric effect in device operation.It was observed that the applied voltage necessary to produce plasma in the aperture of the FMPT was signicantly reduced at certain frequencies corresponding to the piezoelectric resonanceThe main works of the dissertation are as follows:(1)Ferroelectric micro-plasma thruster(FMPT)using the principle of ferroelectric cathode plasma.This paper presents the principle of fast polarization reversal.The ferroelectric of electrostatic field simulation,analysis of different hole size in the structure,the distribution of the electric field vector at the same time,the structure size and ferroelectric field center distance relationship,relationship between field size and pore size of ferroelectrics.At the same time,the COMSOL simulation is utilized to study study the influence of the variation of the diameter and the offset of the FMPT on the ratio of the transformer.(2)The design of the structure of the two kinds of thruster,using the MEMS processing method,through the appropriate processing process to produce its nozzle.Through the discharge experiment,the discharge of FMPT under 78KHz is obtained and the breakdown voltage is 1300V,and the phenomenon of discharge is discussed.Through the simulation,the current density of the plasma under different gas background,different nozzle diameter,different applied voltage and unique air flow conditions is obtained.(3)The emission spectrum is utilized to diagnose the plasma,and the spectrum of the micro-plasma thruster is found from the measured spectrum.At the same time,the variation of the peak value of the characteristic spectrum of the Ag ion was found by comparing the spectra under different frequencies,different voltages and different pore sizes.Utilizing 328.07nm,338.29nm,421.09nm,520.91nm and 546.55nm 5 Ag spectral lines drawn by the Boltzmann diagram can be obtained by fitting the straight line equation of the electron temperature Te.Yan Biao(Mechanical manufacturing and automation)Supevised by Wang Hai...
