High voltage inverter applications mainly divided into two categories:one is applied to the high power fan and water pump loads.And it is mainly for energy-saving reconstruction.Another one is used for the purpose of process control application,such as rubber,cement and other industries.The units series of high voltage inverter has low harmonic,safe and reliable low voltage inverter topology of unit,drive more power of motor etc.Some applications need to ensure accuracy of motor speed control.But,it is hard to install encoder.So it is necessary to research the speed sensorless vector control algorithm of high voltage inverter.After read a large amount of literature,the author was detailed research the topological structure of the high voltage inverter and asynchronous motor speed sensorless vector control scheme.The main contents are as follows:1.After analyzing the variety of multilevel topology,this paper discussed the high voltage inverter topology.The phase shifting transformer and PWM modulation scheme were studied.2.On the basis of the state space model of asynchronous motor is established,based on rotor flux oriented vector control is discussed.3.In order to be able to achieve speed sensorless vector control and as much as possible to avoid the estimation accuracy of the rotor flux under the influence of electrical parameters,put forward and designed a kind of adaptive rotor flux observer.At the same time,based on the Popov stability theory,an adaptive law is reasonable to construct the corresponding rotational speed.The observer is fully consider the low speed instability and motor parameters on the influence of the speed estimation precision,satisfy the rotor flux estimate the requirement of high precision and high reliability.4.The author use the STM32F103ZE+A3P600,which ARM+ FPGA architecture as the controller.And 5 units series of high-voltage inverter experimental platform is established.On this basis,this paper implement include of SVPWM waveform,vector control algorithm,the adaptive rotor flux observer and other various functions.And implement the indirect field-oriented vector control system and verify the scheme is effective and reliable.
