With the development of national economy and sustained highway construction,the phenomenon of overload always exists.The damage is mainly on the road infrastructure and highway bridges,which can affect the healthy development of the transport industry and increase the incidence of traffic accidents.The research significance of this topic is to solve the problem that the dynamic accuracy of gross weight in the over-limit overload equipment used in the market is generally lower than or equal to grade 5 and cannot realize two-way traffic and the degree of automation is not high.In the design process,the full researches at Chinese and foreign research status of the equipment are done,and the National Metrology Technical specifications and industry standards which includes?JJG539-1997 digital indicating that verification regulation?,?21296-2007 National Highway automatic dynamic GB/T weighing?and?implementation plan on nationwide vehicle overloading governance work?are strictly abided.Based on the full understanding of customer needs,the traffic design is done.Based on the principle of modular design,the overall system is designed and the hardware subsystem includes weighing data acquisition subsystem,signal acquisition subsystem,license plate recognition system,explicit and alarm subsystem and computer main control subsystem.Considering the factors of demand and economy,we select the truck scale as weighing data acquisition subsystem program;select ATMEL company ATmega48 microcontroller,loop sensors and optical eye design signal acquisition subsystem;select the open license plate recognition scheme as the license identifying sub system;design explicit and alarm subsystem selection with alarm function of the 64 row*128 column matrix screen and according to the characteristics of equipment at the scene,the IPC machine is selected as the main components of the computer main control subsystem.The data processing method of this system is the key factor to improve the dynamic and static detection accuracy.Based on the analysis of dynamic measurement characteristics of the vehicle,the commonly used methods of data processing are analyzed and the mathematical methods to adapt the system to realize the application are obtained;in software design stage,users can put forward their own demand for software,combine with the author's work experience and follow the software design of the open closed.The Visual Basic 6 programming language and Microsoft Office Access database system application software is designed,meanwhile the software design is divided into weighing data receiving and processing,license plate recognition,signal acquisition system,explicit data and alarm,data printing,data storage and system settings seven modules.In the stage of equipment installation and debugging,the system has been through the Liangshan County Bureau of quality and technical supervision inspection,the maximum allowable error reaches 2 of the total weight of the vehicle standard,static weighing III level.Finally,in cooperation with users,we complete the on the field test of two vehicles of different models,meanwhile the experimental data are analyzed.Experimental results show that system hardware integration index meets the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of the state,software system can meet the needs of customers,to achieve the purpose of design.
