Periodic lattice sandwich plate not only has high light intensity,energy-saving insulation and other excellent characteristics,but also has the frequency band gap characteristics,namely in the frequency band range of vibration or fluctuations cannot propagate in the structure,so as to achieve the purpose of vibration and sound insulation.In this paper,the vibration reduction performance of two kinds of new periodic lattice sandwich plates with N type and X type,and the sound insulation performance of multilayer Pyramid periodic lattice sandwich panels are studied and simulated numerically.Through the vibration transmission experiment of N type and X type lattice sandwich plate and the amplitude frequency response curve,and the results were compared with the numerical calculation,considering influence factors of the pick-up point position,supporting the form and position,incentive position and foam filled sandwich plates and so on.The results of the transmission loss curve through the measured sound insulation type Pyramid lattice sandwich plate were compared with the finite element numerical calculation.The main conclusions include:(1)N type and X type lattice sandwich panels have good vibration isolation performance in the frequency band gap,and the frequency range and attenuation of the attenuation domain obtained in the experiment are in good agreement with the numerical results.The core structure of sandwich plate has a great influence on the vibration isolation performance.The experimental and numerical simulation show that the N type lattice sandwich plate has the ultra wide band gap,the attenuation domain width can reach 500Hz,and the vibration isolation performance is better than the X Lattice Sandwich Plate.The good vibration isolation effect of N type and X type periodic lattice sandwich plate makes it a broad prospect in the field of vibration isolation and vibration isolation.(2)The band gap characteristics of N and X lattice sandwich panels are mainly due to the periodic lattice arrangement of the inner core.The experimental and numerical results show that the vibration isolation performance of the sandwich plate is better with the increase of the number of cycles.The influences of different supporting forms and positions and the position of the excitation point on the vibration isolation performance of the sandwich plate are very small.Foam filling can effectively increase the attenuation frequency range and attenuation degree of the structure,especially for the high frequency vibration.(3)Numerical simulation and experiment showed that the Pyramid lattice sandwich panels with good insulation performance for specific acoustic frequency range,the transmission loss is 35dB,the attenuation of the domain width can reach 450Hz.The sound insulation effect of Pyramid periodic lattice sandwich plate is beneficial to its application in the field of sound insulation and noise reduction.(4)The sound waves in the lattice sandwich plate due to interaction of air and the structure of the interlayer will lead to the deviation of the transmission loss curve of the attenuation domain frequency range and frequency range of the vibration gap.The smaller the material density is,the stronger the coupling effect is,the larger the deviation is.When the material density is small,the transmission loss generally decreased and there is no significant attenuation of acoustic field.
