Segmental precast beam with glue joint has several advantages,such as feature quickly construction,high quality and good environmental benefit.In recent years,the application of the segmental precast beam with glue joint has gradually used in highway,railway and urban rail transit.Joint performance is a key factor affecting the long-term performance of segmental precast beam with glue joint.The wet-hot aging performance has become one of the hot issues that the engineering and technical personnel have focused on.In this paper,the experiment and numerical simulation of the joint performance of the segmental precast beam with glue joint are discussed.The main work and conclusions are as follows.(1)The tension test of structural adhesion was carried out.The specimens were molded under standard test condition or actual engineering condition.After the standard curing,the specimens were divided into artificial accelerated wet-hot aging environment and the others.The experimental datas showed that the wet-hot aging environment had little effect on the strength of the specimen,and the influence of the molding techinic and curing condition were more obvious.(2)The shear test of steel to steel bonded with the structural adhesion was carried out.The specimens were molded under standard test condition or actual engineering condition.And then after the standard curing,the specimens were divided into two kinds of conditions:natural environment and artificial accelerated wet-hot aging environment.The experimental datas showed that the wet-hot aging environment had obvious influence on the strength of the specimen.The molding technic and curing condition also had effect on the strength.(3)The test mold and the load program were designed.Eight uniaxial tension members are fabricated.After standard curing,the members were divided into natural environment and artificial acceleration wet-hot aging environment.Finally,tension test was carried out.The test method is simple,and reliable.(4)Under the different conditions,the failure modes of the segmental precast members with glue joint were basically similar.The destruction of most members belonged to the cohesive failure of concrete.After the artificial wet-hot aging environment,the uniaxial tension strength of the members decreased by about 8.5%.(5)The ABAQUS software was used to analyze the uniaxial tension members with glue joint.The stress state of the glue and concrete near the joint were analyzed.The calculated results were in agreement with the test.
