| With the "Set up the resource view of economical and intensive utilization" is put forward in the "The national plan for 13 th Five-Year" plan,It is imperative to carry out energy efficiency management of motor system,one of the key steps is to build a motor efficiency intelligent monitoring system.The motor efficiency monitoring system provides the necessary data for the motor enterprise to upgrade the motor structure,and it else provides an effective detection means for industrial users to evaluate the energy efficiency of the motor system also;in addition,the accuracy of the monitoring results of the motor efficiency monitoring system is an important prerequisite for ensure the efficient use of national energy.Therefore,the intelligent detection of motor efficiency has important strategic significance.In this background,according to the complex condition of the motor and current status of motor efficiency monitoring,and relying on virtual instrument technology,a set of intelligent monitoring system based on LabVIEW is developed.In addition,the accuracy of the monitoring results is verified by experiments.The work of this paper will be introduced are given as follows:Firstly,the development status of the whole motor industry and the application prospect of on-line monitoring of motor efficiency is introduced in this article,at the same time,the key technology of motor efficiency monitoring system is discussed.The purpose and direction of the research on the on-line monitoring of motor efficiency using LabVIEW is presented in this paper.Second,the power flow of the motor is analyzed,and the principle of the loss of the motor and the solution method are discussed.From the principle of Electrical Engineering,the principle of speed identification using the rotor slot harmonic current frequency is deeply analyzed.On the basis of comparing the commonly used frequency refinement method,the Zoom-FFT method is used to refine the harmonic frequency of the motor rotor slot,and the non-invasive identification of the motor speed is completed,and the error of the identification result is less than 0.5%.Third,in this paper,the hardware design and software design of the intelligent monitoring system for motor efficiency are completed,then,the key technologies are studied in this paper,such as Data storage by LabVIEW,remote network access,mixed programming of MATLAB and LabVIEW.What’s more,as the idea of modular design is adopted in this paper,the login interface module,data storage module,efficiency calculation module and motor running state monitoring interface is designed and implemented in this paper.In the end,the verification platform of intelligent monitoring system for motor efficiency is built,which is used to determine the motor efficiency of intelligent monitoring system efficiency monitoring error within 3%.And the factors affecting the efficiency of the motor are analyzed in depth in the end of this paper. |
