Precision manufacturing has become one of the hot spots in the field of manufacturing,which widely used in manufacturing industry,construction industry,defense industry,medicine and other important areas.Precision positioning mechanism is the core part of precision manufacturing and its design's level will directly affect the level of precision manufacturing.The integrated flexible parallel positioning mechanism realizes the transmission of force,energy and motion by elastic deformation.Compared with the traditional parallel positioning mechanism,the integrated flexible parallel positioning mechanism has the advantages of high rigidity,high precision and no friction.Therefore,the integrated flexible parallel positioning mechanism has widely used in the field of precision positioning.However,with the rapid development of precision manufacturing industry,the requirement of positioning accuracy becomes more and more high.In some field of precise positioning,integrated fully flexible parallel micro-positioning mechanism has been unable to meet the accuracy requirements.Therefore,it is very important to design an ultra precision positioning mechanism that has good dynamic characteristics,high positioning accuracy and practicability.The paper aims at the spatial distribution flexible type compliant mechanism.Firstly,the structure design of spatial distribution flexible type compliant mechanism was researched by the topology optimization design theory.Then,the static and dynamic analysis of the mechanism was carried out by the finite element software,and the physical model was tested and analyzed.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking the 3-RPC parallel positioning mechanism as the research object,the mapping relationship between the input and output is solved by the micro displacement method.Combined with the comprehensive theory,the 3-RPC type fully compliant positioning mechanism and integrated fully compliant positioning mechanism are designed.The 3-PRC type distribution flexible type compliant mechanism is designed by introducing the topology optimization theory and 3D models of three positioning mechanisms are created by Solidworks software.(2)The static and dynamic analysis of 3-RPC parallel positioning mechanisms with different structures was carried out.Compared with the other two parallel positioning mechanisms,the 3-RPC distribution flexible type compliant mechanism has higher precision and better dynamic performance.The configuration design's rationality of 3-RPC distribution flexible type compliant positioning mechanism is verified.(3)The moving platform center's actual trajectory in each axis and positioning precision of distribution flexible type compliant mechanism was tested,and the causes of error are analyzed.The test results show that the 3-RPC distribution flexible type compliant mechanism can achieve three-translational motion and has better precision,and the errors is within permission.
