With the global energy situation becoming more and more tense,and the capacity of new energy connected to grid increasing,wind power generation has broad development prospect.However,the intermittent and uncertain feature of wind bring great challenges to its large-scale integration.This paper constructs wind power's dependence structure among different wind farms.On this basis,wind farms' output correlation and demand response are taken into consideration comprehensively.Optimization scheduling problem of wind power int egrated system is deep researched,and the main work is as follows:(1)For the wind farms in the same area,first utilize kernel density estimation method to fit the probability distribution of wind output.Then select Gumbel-Copula to describe the wind farms' output dependence structure.Taking two wind farms in Helanshan mountain for example,the joint wind output model was built;(2)Based on joint wind output model,the incentive/compensation mechanism of flexible load was introduced.Aiming at redu cing total cost,pollution emissions and operation risk,a scheduling method considering wind power dependence structure and flexible load was proposed.The constraint conditions include: power balance constraint,upper and lower bounds of each unit 's output,unit spinning reserve capacity constraint,unit climbing rate constraint,unit minimum start-stop time constraint,interruption time and number of interruptible load constraint;(3)An improved weed invasion algorithm based on differential evolution strategy was adopted to solve the model.Comparing the model proposed in this paper to the model without considering wind power dependence structure,and the model without considering the flexible load's effect,analysis of different model's effect on economic and environmental benefits,wind power utilization,and so on;(4)Futher,improvements were done to the model built in(2).The wind power and flexible load were dealt with chance constraints.Thus,a multi-objective supply-demand interaction stochastic scheduling model was established.The results of case study show that,the scheduling strategy considering wind correlation and demand response reflect the wind power 's relation and make good use of flexible load's potential peak shaving effect.It can not only make the system run in high load levels,but also balance the economic and environmental benefits,and promote the utilization of wind power at the same time.
