Wind power as the fastest growing new clean energy promote the development and wide application of wind power technology,and impel wind turbine expanding the size of the resulting data also be expanded.When the wind turbine in operation,in which components such as gear boxes,bearing appear looseness,wear,abnormal will produce large amounts of vibration data.The traditional wind power of storing can't content the massive data for collation,analysis,storage requirements,and because of the diversity of wind turbine power generation systems and monitoring equipment,various of devices have different data formats or types,mostly output in the form of data stream.The Cloud computing platforms such as Hadoop with highly adaptable for massive high-dimensional data processing and real-solving,providing real-time reliable and relatively inexpensive to computing resources for resource-intensive algorithms.Therefore,the article is introduced based on MapReduce parallel FFT algorithm and LZO compression combination of technology,processing data to reduce network transmission capacity and storage space used.Fast Fourier Transform was redistributed complex time-domain transformation to have a significant feature of the frequency-domain of signal,and compared to Discrete Fourier Transform greatly simplify the computing load.In the digital systems,computer systems and other signal processing aspects of FFT application is a significant progress.FFT show the data in the frequency domain,can effectively analyze data features,device status,fault diagnosis.This paper studies the principles and characteristics of FFT,using the MapReduce model to achieve the FFT parallelization.According to the characteristics of the FFT into parallel execution padded data,index calculation,butterfly,formatting four stages.Faced the large amount of data storage,the use of compression not only save space,but reduce the transfer I/O for data file.In this paper,the intermediate results and the final results with compression technologythis in each stage of FFT.First introduced Hadoop supports Gzip,Bzip2,LZO three compression formats,according to its principles,the implementation process to test results of the application of this compression format,Then it focuses on the aspects of performance of the compression method to achieve compression and storage of vibration data.
