With the advantages of low investment,less pollution,fast and convenient emerging gradually,modern tramcar has developed rapidly.The research on modern tramcar roadbed is still in its infancy.The application of Pile-Plank Embankment to the field of modern tramcar has important research significance and engineering value for its advantage of low cost,rapid construction,low settlement and so on.Based on the characteristics of modern tramcar load and the characteristics of Pile-Plank Embankment,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the overall selection and component selection of the Pile-Plank Embankment for modern tramcar.At the same time,the thesis makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the theory of design of Pile-Plank Embankment for modern tramcar.Specific research includes:(1)The thesis summarizes the research status of Pile-Plank Embankment at home and abroad completely and systematically.Including research directions such as bearing mechanism and design theory of pile-plate structure,theoretical analysis and finite element analysis of static action,experimental research and dynamic analysis of pile-plate structure(2)This thesis studies the reasonable selection of Pile-Plank Embankment of tramcar.In the overall selection,analyzes the reasonable structure of Pile-Plank Embankment of tramcar by combining application form of Pile-Plank Embankment and characteristics of tramcar.In the selection of settlement plate,optimize the cross section of the settlement plate,analysis the optimal thickness and longitudinal connection combination from the technical and economic point of view.In the selection of pile,select the pile foundation construction method,pile layout of Pile-Plank Embankment of tramcar.In the selection of joist,study the principle of joist size formulation based on joist forms of Pile-Plank Embankment of high-speed railway.(3)This thesis studies the structural design theory of Pile-Plank Embankment of tramcar.In the study of design method,analyze the influence of different design methods on the structural design,and selects the design method for Pile-Plank Embankment of the tramcar.In the study of Structural analysis theory,research the theoretical analysis of settlement plate,pile foundation settlement theory,and put forward the overall analysis program.In the study of Control index,select deflection limit of settlement plate,corner limit of settlement plate,settlement limit of pile foundation of the Pile-Plank Embankment of tramcar.(4)This thesis calculates the pile-plate structure of tramcar by finite element method.Analyze the internal force distribution and deformation of settlement plate,pile and joist under external load by building different finite element modeling.
