The utilization of renewable energy is of vital importance for dealing with the global energy and environmental crisis.Considering that microgrid has been the main form of grid connection of distributed generation(DG),the optimal operation of microgrid is being paid more and more attention.Dynamic economic dispatch(DED)of power systems is an important way to ensure the efficiency and make the system run economically.Currently,the research on the DED method of microgrid is still very limited.Based on the investigation in characteristics of distributed energy resources(DERs),the DERs model for DED is summarized.A DED model of microgrid is established considering the economic objective and the environmental objective.Besides,the valve-point effect,rate-of-response limits,the power transaction and the profit of cooling/heating are taken into account.The microgrid economic dispatch strategy for both isolated and grid-connected mode is also proposed respectively.Considering the characteristics of the DED model,an improved interval optimization method is proposed.The introduction of affine arithmetic reduces the conservatism of the traditional interval method effectively;the integration of differential evolution algorithm enhances the ability to remove the invalid sub-interval of midpoint test;the application of interval multisection method improves the computational efficiency notably.The numerical test demonstrates that the efficiency and stability of the traditional interval optimization method can be improved substantially by the improved interval method.Conduct a DED simulation of microgrid both in isolated and grid-connected mode.The comparison between the proposed method and the existing methods proves the advantage of the former in the aspect of adaptability,reliability,convergence and convenience of application.Besides,a research on the influence of tariff mechanism on microgrid economic running is carried out and suggestions on the tariff mechanism are given.
